Palliative Care Services
Palliative care is an interdisciplinary approach to care that provides symptom relief and pain management for patients experiencing physical and emotional discomfort related to the progression of a disease or illness and is best suited for individuals living at home or in assisted living facilities who wish to remain out of the hospital.
