Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

Pulmonary conditions affect a variety of aspects in your life, so it is important to us that we surround you with a team that will optimize your health.

ECHN’s pulmonary rehabilitation program is an education and exercise program designed to help you understand the anatomy and physiology of your respiratory system. We aim to help you manage your condition over time by increasing your ability to perform physical activities and better manage respiratory symptoms.

Using a dynamic team approach, our pulmonary rehabilitation program is comprised of board certified pulmonary physicians, a registered dietitian, as well as registered nurses, pharmacists, exercise physiologists, and respiratory care practitioners.

Post-Rehabilitation Maintenance Program
